Congratulations, Paul!
Congrats to Paul White, the Tonesmen's Editor of the Concho Capers! Paul was awarded the Bulletin Editor of the Year for the 5-State Southwestern District of the Barbershop Harmony Society for 2009.
Paul was in competition with many other editors from around the district and went on to place in the top 10 in the International Bulletin Editors Contest.
